Relief Services
We specialize in disaster response services, including tarping roofs to shield homes from further damage, efficient debris removal to clear affected areas swiftly, and thorough muck and gut operations to restore residences after floods. Additionally, we distribute essential cleaning buckets to ensure sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained, and provide comforting meals to those impacted, offering both nourishment and support during times of crisis.
Case Management
Disaster case management is a time-limited process where a trained Case Manager partners with a disaster-affected individual or family (client) to plan for and achieve realistic goals for recovery following a disaster.
The Case Manager serves as a primary point of contact, assisting the client in coordinating necessary services and resources to address the client’s complex disaster recovery needs in order to re-establish normalcy. The Case Manager relies on the client to play an active or lead role in his or her own recovery.
Construction
As part of the case management process we help identify resources that are available to the client. Those resources may be in the form of money, volunteers or contractors, and materials. We use these available resources to help the client with home repairs that were caused by a disaster.
